1. Services

Doorstep Laptop Service provides laptop service work, screen replacement, motherboard service work, software services, upgrades, and related IT support in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

2. Bookings

• Bookings via website form, phone, or WhatsApp are confirmed upon team callback only
• You must ensure an adult (18+) is present at the service/pickup address
• Appointment times are estimates technician arrival may vary

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown are indicative starting prices and may vary by device model and fault complexity
• A detailed quote is provided after No-Cost Diagnosis before any work begins
• You may decline service after receiving the quote at no charge
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept Cash, UPI, and card.

4. Warranty

Warranty is provided only on specific hardware parts replaced by us (e.g., Screens, Keyboards, Batteries). Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, or tampering by another person after our service

5. Data & Privacy

While we take precautions to protect data during service work, we strongly recommend customers back up their data before service. We are not liable for data loss arising from hardware failure or necessary OS reinstalls.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from device downtime or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
