We understand plans change. This policy explains cancellations and rescheduling for Doorstep Laptop Service services in Hyderabad.

Customer Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment at no charge
  • Late Cancellation: Within 2 hours – ₹99 convenience fee may apply
  • No-Show: If you are unavailable at pickup address – ₹149 visit charge may apply

How to Cancel

Doorstep Laptop Service Cancellations

We may cancel/reschedule in exceptional circumstances (technician emergency, extreme weather). We will notify you as early as possible and rebook at your convenience at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 3 times without penalty. Rescheduling within 1 hour of appointment depends on technician availability.
