Doorstep Laptop Service is committed to quality service. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds or service credits.

Service Satisfaction

Contact us within 48 hours of service completion if you are not satisfied. We will investigate and offer one of: a free re-visit by a senior technician, a partial/full refund, or a service credit.

Refund Eligibility

  • Service was not delivered as described or confirmed
  • Technician caused verifiable damage to the device
  • Duplicate payment was processed in error
  • Confirmed booking missed with no prior notice from our side

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service completed to agreed scope and customer changed mind
  • New, unrelated faults developing after service
  • Customer not available at scheduled pickup time
  • Dissatisfaction from pre-existing issues disclosed by technician before work began
  • Software re-licensing or OS activation costs once applied

Spare Parts

Installed spare parts are non-refundable once fitted. Defective parts under warranty are replaced at no cost within 30 days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash payments refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
